📦 Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders. You will find real-time tracking information for all your orders. A tracking confirmation email is also sent once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout — no coupon required.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 195+ countries worldwide — every nation we celebrate! Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at flagvillage@gmail.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?
FLAG VILLAGE operates a no-return policy as a general rule. All sales are final unless the item has a genuine quality defect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
What if my product has a quality issue?
For genuine quality defects, please email flagvillage@gmail.com within 48 hours with: (1) Proof of purchase, (2) Clear photos of the defect, (3) Written description. Our team reviews within 3–5 business days.
Are your products authentic and high quality?
Absolutely. Every FLAG VILLAGE product is designed with pride and passion for flags and sporting culture. Our caps feature premium leather patches, mugs use high-quality ceramic, and all products are inspected before shipping.
What is your warranty policy?
All FLAG VILLAGE products are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of receipt. This covers manufacturing defects and quality issues. See our full Warranty Policy for details.
🏆 Village Rewards Program
How does the Village Rewards program work?
Earn points with every purchase. Reach Racer tier at $300 annual spend (1.5x points) and Champion at $1,000 (2x points). Every 300 points = $1 discount. Minimum 300 points to redeem. Points are valid for 12 months.
What happens if I don't maintain my tier?
If your annual spend falls below the tier threshold, you will be notified 1 month in advance via email, giving you the opportunity to make qualifying purchases to maintain your status.
Is the Village Rewards membership free?
Yes! Rookie membership is completely free to join. Simply create an account to start earning points immediately. Racer and Champion tiers are unlocked automatically based on your annual spending.
