Return Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships, not you receive date.
The product must be in new, unused condition meaning it must be returned in the original packaging. If your returned product is not in its original packaging, or the original packaging is damaged to the point that we cannot resell the product in that packaging, we reserve the right to charge a 50% re-stocking fee.
- Buyer needs to send goods with original package back to China warehouse, return cost will be charged by buyer’s account, once we receive return goods, we will send one new product to you, including freight cost.
- We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.
- Products that are Special Order items are noted as such and cannot be returned. Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
- Custom & personalized products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and do not qualify for free shipping or exchanges.
